User:Remig/plico/record

Record is a member of the Plico suite of protein folding tools described in User:Remig/plico. It may be installed and accessed as just a macro with the file:

Run the macro to indicate the file to which Plico actions will be written. When the global gPlicoRecord is not blank, other members of the Plico suite record their actions in the indicated file. It should be given a .spt extension as it is a playable script. Running the Record macro and entering nothing disables the record function.

The record file may be loaded and played in the Jmol application to reproduce Plico actions.
