The main source of source of support is the user mailing list, but this page tries to address many common problems.

Android

A special version of Jmol 12.3 runs as an app in Android devices. Current versions of JSmol may be run in Android systems as part of web pages.

iOS

(used by iPad, iPhone...)

This OS does not support Java, so Jmol-Java cannot be run here. However, web pages that include JSmol can be run in iOS with the only limitations of screen size and processor power.

Linux

Jmol is fully compatible with Linux, both as a Java application, as a Jmol-Java applet in a webpage (subject to the browser supporting a Java plugin) and as JSmol (HTML5, no Java) in a webpage.
